Refund Policy

At ScaleUp Branding Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in our work and stand behind our services. We want our customers to be satisfied with the work we provide and we understand that there may be circumstances that require a refund.

Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the completed work. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the completed work.
  • The work must not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements.
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of the issues with the work and allow us the opportunity to address and correct the issues before a refund can be issued.

Refund Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria and would like to request a refund, please contact us at [insert email address]. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made through an online payment gateway such as PayPal or Stripe, the refund will be processed through that payment gateway. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe it is not in accordance with our refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered to the customer.
  • Services that were requested with a deadline of less than 24 hours.
  • Services that were requested with specific requirements that cannot be met due to technical limitations.

Online Payment Gateway Refunds: If you made a payment through an online payment gateway and would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@scaleupbranding.in. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund through the payment gateway that was used for the transaction. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway’s policies.
